Meet Jusmin

Jusmin began her career in advertising and marketing in 2010, as the industry transitioned from print to digital. This shift sparked her passion for the fast-evolving digital landscape and inspired her to launch her entrepreneurial journey in 2016.

Though TMR Media is a relatively young company, Jusmin has already led her dynamic team to major milestones, most notably securing the National Day Parade (NDP) Creative Agency contracts for both 2023 and 2024. In the same year, she was honoured as the sole female recipient of the New Entrepreneur Award for 2023/2024.

A strong advocate for continuous growth, Jusmin actively participates in networking and business communities such as BNI Infinity, Boss Network Young Chapter, SG-Wen & ASME. These platforms fuel her learning, spark collaborations, and keep her connected with other forward-thinking leaders.

Jusmin is equally passionate about giving back. She frequently shares her experience with students, conducting talks at Nanyang Polytechnic, attending Final Year Project (FYP) presentations, and offering constructive feedback rooted in real-world industry practices.
